You will receive notification when your order is ready for pickup. The Anycart order status will also update to "Ready for pickup" when the store finishes your order.
Once you receive that notification, head to the store address listed on your Anycart order summary under 'Pickup Details.'
When you arrive at the store, please proceed to the DriveUp & Go or online grocery pickup area. For stores with DriveUp & Go, park in the designated DriveUp & Go area and call the number on the DriveUp & Go signs. After confirming your arrival, a store associate will bring your groceries to your car and load them for you.
Your order is identified by two things: name and store order number. When speaking with the store associate, please be prepared to provide both pieces of information.
Please note that if you only provided a first name in checkout on Anycart, the store likely has your order under “First name, First name”.
Example: “John” would likely be listed by the store as “John John”

Unlike delivery orders, if you find issues with your items when you receive them, the store is often able to make it right for you then and there. Please be sure to check all your bags before leaving the store, and contact Anycart Customer Support for any issues that cannot be fully resolved at the store.
