If you need to update your account details for any reason, you can do so in your account settings on Anycart.com or the app. See below for the different ways to access your account settings and how to edit your account details.
Please note that email addresses are un-editable. If there is an issue with your email address, please contact Customer Support for assistance.
Accessing account settings on the app
Apple devices:
Access your account settings by clicking on the 'You' tab, then on the settings icon in the upper right corner.
Android devices:
Access your account settings by clicking on the profile icon in the upper left corner, then on the settings icon in the upper right corner.
Accessing account settings on Anycart.com
Desktop webpage:
To access your account settings, go to Anycart.com click on the arrows in the upper left corner to expand the side menu. Make sure you are logged into your correct account, then click the profile icon at the top of the menu.
Mobile webpage:
To access your account settings, go to Anycart.com and click on the three stacked stripes in the upper left corner to expand the side menu.
Make sure you are logged into your correct account, then tap the profile icon at the top of the menu.
Editing account details
The following account details are editable: address, name, phone number, and password. For saved payment methods, you can edit the currently saved payment method in checkout. If there is an issue with your email address, please contact Customer Support for assistance.
Address and name
To edit the address or name associated with it, click "Change" on the current address:
The selected current will have a black and white checkmark next to it. To edit the address info for any address, click on the grey pencil icon next to the address to open the address editor.
Please note that once it is saved to your account, a street address cannot be edited, indicated on the example below with an "X".
To change the street address, you will need to create a new address with the updated street address. "Extras", name, phone number, and address type are editable, indicated on the below example with check marks.
Please note: "Extras" should only be used for official address information. All delivery notes or directions for locating the address should be included in the delivery instructions at checkout.
Once you have made your changes, click 'Update' to save the address.
Address, name, and phone number can all be updated in checkout as well. See here for a more in-depth look at address management on the Anycart app or on Anycart.com.
Phone Number
You can edit your account phone number in your account settings, on the delivery address, or in checkout. Once saved, the phone number listed in any of those places will be the same.
If you edit your phone number in your account settings, be sure to click 'Save Settings' after you make any changes to save those changes!
Password
Should you need to update your password for any reason, you can do so in your account settings. First, enter the new password (must be a minimum of 6 characters). Next, re-enter the new password to confirm. Lastly, click 'Save Settings' to save the new password.
