Passwords must be reset in your account settings. If you are unable to access your account using your current password, see the "Accessing account: Forgotten or unrecognized password" section below.
Accessing account settings: Using current password
Using your current password, sign in to your account normally and go to your account settings. Once you have accessed your account settings, create a new password and save.
Below is guidance for how to access your account settings on the Anycart app.
Apple devices:
Access your account settings by clicking on the 'You' tab, then on the settings icon in the upper right corner.
While in your account settings, follow the instructions for creating and saving a new password.
Android devices:
Access your account settings by clicking on the profile icon in the upper left corner, then on the settings icon in the upper right corner.
While in your account settings, follow the instructions for creating and saving a new password.
Accessing account: Forgotten or unrecognized password
If you cannot access your account with your current password, use the “Forget your password?” link on the log in page. This will send an email to your email with the instructions on how to access your account.
Follow the instructions in the email you receive and click on the "Sign in to Anycart" link in the email to access your account.
If you are asked to enter a verification code, use the 6-digit code sent in the email.
Please note that on mobile, the magic link will direct to the site on an internet browser. If you would like to update your password while in the app, please be sure to accept the prompt to open the page on the Anycart app:
Once you are in your account on either Anycart.com or the app, go to your account settings and follow the flow for creating a new password.
Creating a new password
In the 'Update password' section of your account settings:
1. Enter a new password where it says “New password (minimum 6 characters length)”.
2. Confirm the new password by entering it again where it says “Confirm the password".
3. Click “Save Settings” to save your new password.
