1. Chat with Customer Support
There are several ways to access chat with our Customer Support team. If it is outside live hours of operation, you can still leave a message and one of our team members will get back to you when hours of operation resume.
a. Anycart app
i. Apple: On the 'You' tab, click on 'Help' to open chat.
ii. Android: In the upper left corner, click the Profile icon, then click on 'Help' to open chat.
b. Internet browser (mobile):
In the bottom right corner of any Anycart.com page, click on the chat icon to open chat.
c. Internet browser (desktop):
At the bottom left side menu of any Anycart.com page, click on the 'Help' button or hover over the 'Help' button and click 'Open Chat' to start a live chat with a Support Team agent.
d. Order page:
At the bottom of the order page, in the 'Provide us feedback about your order' section, click 'Chat with Anycart Support now' to open chat.
e. From the Help Center:
Look for the below chat icon in the lower right corner of the page, and click to open chat.
2. Submit an order feedback form
Go to your order summary page to the 'Provide us feedback about your order' section at the bottom of the order. Select the appropriate request category, fill the form with the details of the request, and submit.
3. Submit a request here (in the Help Center)
Click the following link to submit a request or the link in the upper right hand corner to access the form page. Please include your name, email, order number, and details about the request.
