Anycart's current role in the process of ordering groceries online is to coordinate deliveries with the stores and deal with the stores directly on our customer's behalf for issues. Our goal is to make placing orders easier and more affordable, while eliminating the hassle and potential wasted time for our customers trying to contact the stores when questions or problems do come up. At Anycart, we are working to make grocery delivery as painless and efficient as possible, while providing world-class customer support.
Order fulfillment and delivery
The employees of the grocery store you order from will fulfill the order, meaning store employees pick the items and substitution choices. Some stores have their own employees who also do the complete delivery, while others use third-party contractors.
