Access the order page
To cancel an order, you will first need to access the order page. You can follow the link to the order page in the order confirmation email, or through your account order history.
Please note: If you do not see the 'Cancel Order' button on the order page and the current time is within a few hours of the beginning of the scheduled window, the order has been processed by the store and can no longer be cancelled online.
It is still possible to cancel the order if it has not yet gone out for delivery, but Anycart Customer Service will need to work with the store directly to do so. If you do not see the 'Cancel Order' button or get an error message after clicking it and still need to cancel, please reach out to our Support Team for assistance.
Order history
While logged into your Anycart account, expand the side menu and go to 'Orders' to view your order history.
If you are using the Apple version of the Anycart app, click on the 'You' tab to access your order history:
If you are using the Android version of the Anycart app, click on the profile icon in the upper left corner to access your order history:
Cancel the order
Once you have accessed your order history, find the order you would like to cancel and click 'View Receipt'.
Scroll down on the order page and click the 'Cancel Order' button near the bottom of the page, under 'Delivery Details'.
Once an order is successfully cancelled, the order page will update to a cancelled status, and you will get an email confirming the cancellation.
