Access the order page
To resubmit an order, you will first need to access the order page. You can follow the link to the order page in the order confirmation email, or through your account order history.
While logged into your Anycart account, expand the side menu and go to 'Orders' to view your order history.
If you are using the Apple version of the Anycart app, click on the 'You' tab to access your order history:
If you are using the Android version of the Anycart app, click on the profile icon in the upper left corner to access your order history:
Once you have accessed your order history, find the order you would like to cancel and click 'View Receipt'.
Next, click the yellow 'Buy again' button. This will add all the items from this order into your cart.
From here, you can swap, add, and remove items from your cart and proceed through checkout as usual to place the order again. You will receive an email with delivery details as soon as it has been scheduled.
Please note: Using the 'Buy again' button will remove any items that you may have in your cart and replace them with the items in the order. Any additions to the order must be made after you click 'Buy again'.
Please also be aware you may lose your initial selected and assigned time slot when cancelling and resubmitting an order. Our team is working hard to make available the ability to edit an existing order without losing its place in the queue. We appreciate your patience as we continue to work on this!
