Currently, the only way to edit an existing order is to cancel it and resubmit it with the new items added or removed. Unfortunately, if the order is already in fulfillment at the store, cancellation to edit the order is not possible. If you do not see the 'Cancel Order' button on the order page, this usually means the order is in fulfillment.
The reordering process is simple:
Step 1: Cancel current order
First, cancel your existing order. While logged into your Anycart account, go to 'Orders', select the order, and click the 'Cancel Order' button located under the 'Delivery Details' section.
Again, if you do not see the 'Cancel Order' button and the current time is within a few hours of the scheduled delivery, this means that the order is currently being shopped and can no longer be cancelled online.
Step 2: Buy again
Once the order has been cancelled, click the yellow 'Buy again' button at the top of the order page to add the items from your cancelled order back into your cart. At this point, you may add or remove items, or make any other edits you wish.
Please note that using the 'Buy again' button will replace any items that you may have in your cart with the items from the order, so any additions or edits to the items must be made after you click 'Buy again'.
Please also be aware you may lose your initial selected and assigned time slot when cancelling and resubmitting an order.
